At D.Franklin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
